As a Market Data Analyst & CRM Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our business. You’ll help us make smarter decisions, optimize our CRM, and dive deep into data to fuel our strategy and growth. This is not just a job, it's a chance to innovate and make a real impact!

What You’ll Be Doing
🔧 Own the CRM: Be the go-to expert for our CRM system in the commercial area. You’ll keep it running smoothly, develop it, and train our sales team to leverage it for smarter decision-making.
📈 Track & Analyze: Work with the commercial team to track performance against KPIs and ensure we’re on the right path.
📊 Provide Insights: Collect, analyze, and present key market data that helps our leaders make informed decisions.
🚀 Innovate: Develop custom projects based on the commercial team’s needs. Whether it’s client acquisition, project management, or improving current processes, you’ll have a chance to shape the future.
💡 Collaborate: Work closely with different teams across the company, bringing your insights to life and helping everyone stay aligned.

What We’re Looking For
✅ A passion for data and a keen eye for details.
✅ Experience in CRM management and market data analysis.
✅ A problem-solver who loves challenges and doesn’t shy away from taking ownership.
✅ A team player who can collaborate, share insights, and communicate effectively across departments.
✅ Strong skills in BI tools (we love Power BI! 💻)
✅ An educational background in Business Administration, Statistics, Math, or similar fields. A Master’s in BI or Data Analytics is a big plus!
✅ Fluent in English – you’ll be working directly with the team in English on a daily basis.
